- I am a native Atlantan with a variety of interest. However, the one that seems most easily shared is cooking. After years spent cooking out of necessity it seems I finally have the time to enjoy the process a bit more. I am also trying to adjust my take no prisoners, everything at high heat, food preparation strategies for a gentler approach when possible to hold on to flavor that is there in the food naturally.
